Dave's Hot Chicken

Hot fresh & very good. Everything was crispy & seemed made to order. However I knocked off one star due to No hotness of the chicken.. I wanted at least some spice. I guess I’ll have to go up a level just to get that. & I do wish the meals come with a drink, I didn’t realize that until afterwards. For the price it should come with a drink. Also the cashier I had this afternoon was very nice & friendly, that’s always appreciated.

This was my first time at Dave's Hot Chicken, and it was a great experience. Sylvia(I think was her name), who took my order, was the best—she asked if I'd been there before and, when I said no, she took her time to explain the menu and gave me some suggestions. She was super helpful. The food was great; the loaded fries w/the coleslaw and chicken were a "chef's kiss." The mac and cheese was just okay, but everything else was so good.

A Fiery Feast at Dave's Hot Chicken As a lover of all things spicy, I was drawn to Dave's Hot Chicken by the promise of Nashville-style hot chicken with a kick. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The "Hot" level of spice was a fantastic balance of fiery heat and delicious flavor, a step up from the "Medium" but not so intense as to overwhelm the taste of the chicken itself. The star of the show, of course, was the chicken. The tenders were incredibly juicy and tender on the inside, with a light, crispy breading that held up perfectly to the signature "rub." The slider, a masterful blend of that same chicken on a soft potato bun with crunchy pickles and kale slaw, was a true delight. Perfect chicken! We love Daves in general, but had only been to the location in Lakeville MN. Even though they had no drivethrough it was well worth the trip. Shared a #2 with one other person. Asked for extra pickles and slaw, didnt get the slaw but they loaded us up with pickles!!! 10/10 will visit again.

Service was awesome, our first time here. Audrey I believe it was walked us through all the offerings etc. The chicken was absolutely epic and everything my wife was looking for. We came up from Iowa City just to try and were thrilled we did. EPIC!
