Dave's Hot Chicken

I stopped by Dave’s Hot Chicken for the first time and had a great experience! Michael and Bri were a huge help walking me through the menu and making recommendations since it was my first visit. Their service was friendly, patient, and welcoming — definitely made the experience even better. I ordered the 10-piece Dave’s Bites with three spice levels: No Spice, Medium, and Hot. I personally love spice, so the Hot was right up my alley 🌶️🥵 — it had a really nice cayenne kick and great flavor. For most people who enjoy a little heat but don’t want to be overwhelmed, I’d probably recommend the Medium. It still gives you that spice without going too far. I also got fries and a Coke. Amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The customer service was absolutely perfect—staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the visit even better. The location itself was extremely clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. On top of that, the artwork is a wonderful addition to the space and really enhances the surrounding area, giving the location personality and a strong sense of place. It’s clear a lot of care went into every detail, and it truly shows.

Had an awesome first experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken! The food was fresh, hot, and seriously tasty — cooked perfectly with tons of flavor! Michael and Jason at the counter were top notch. Their customer service was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit even better. They even hooked us up with a free shake for our first visit, which was a great surprise. The place is nice. It's clean, tidy, and organized. However, the food is not worth the hype. The sandwich was inedible, I couldn't finish it. Ordered 2 sliders and a drink, the whole total came out to $22. The sandwich tasted like pure paprika and nothing else, I had to throw the meal away due to how badly tasting it was. Overall, for a newly opened place the employees seem to be doing great. Employees were attentive, kind, and considerate. Which is hard to see these days.

2nd day open- this place is amazing! Great food, served quickly, friendly service! Tensaye was very helpful in determine what to order, and excellent customer service. The manager on duty and Pierre were also very friendly and helpful! We will be back!
