They say the food is great and the portions large. We will never know. We stopped in for breakfast and the sign said to grab a seat at an empty table and someone will be right with you. It wasn’t busy at all. Only 4 other tables besides us were taken. We sat for 10 minutes and not one employee said a word to us. We only experienced occasional glares from all the staff. We watched as one employee was working on updating the specials board while two others watched her. One girl was clearing tables and one lady manned the cash register and chatted with the woman updating the specials board. She also started delivering food to the only table in the place that had not received their food. We got up and left and gave our money to someone else.

This is definitely a local restaurant in Waveland Mississippi. You know when you pull in the parking lot and it is packed that they are offering. Great food and good atmosphere good times. It is a restaurant that offers you home cooking. They have daily lunch specials, fresh sweet, and unsweet tea. They offer very good food at great prices. The staff is friendly the restaurant is clean that beautiful murals on the walls. ordered their chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and veggie . You get your choice of brown or white gravy it was very good. Also tried an open face roast beef with mashed potatoes and corn. It was also very tasty. Lunch portions are decent size! Bathroom was clean parking lot was clean. You can call them and order ahead if you want to do takeout…Definitely a little
