Dashmart

I’ve ordered fruits from here multiple times. They will continuously sell you molded fruits. They do not care about the quality of the things they sell. They will give you molded food to get rid of it.

Tonight I received an order from this Dashmart in Deer Park. To my horror, on top of my entire order was a rodent chewed busted open bag of chips littering the entire contents of the bag. How do I know it was rodent chewed? The teeth marks and the huge shredded hole in the bag. I don’t believe for a second that someone didn’t see that. They saw it and sent it anyway. I’m convinced. So disgusting and now I got a $2 credit for a bag of chips, but what if I don’t know about the food safety of anything else in my order? Disgusting, unprofessional, unsurprising. Doordash has become absolutely disgusting and useless, nor do they care about their customers. What are they doing with all the money they are saving from hiring customer service reps from outside the country, because it certainly isn’

Had a pickup from here and was treated the worst from any place I've ever picked up from. Stood waiting for 10 minutes, didn't try to bother anyone by knocking or anything and the guy behind the window was extremely rude when I told him to have a good night. At least the order took me far enough away I shouldn't have to deal with him again. Will probably decline an order of it comes from here in the future.

I got freeze dried skittles and they were old and it was only filled barely even halfway up. You shouldn’t fill something halfway up like that if it’s such a big bag.

I always feel like the staff here is very kind and helpful. A guy here actually gave me a popsicle once 😊 I don’t blame them for the long waits as both a dasher and a customer. I just really wish the company would hire more employees at their dash mart locations! Having a few is not enough to keep up with the demand, it seems.
