Dante's Pizza

This is a really solid, proper NYC pizza spot. I go there often — it’s walking distance from me, and I crave pizza more than I should — and I’ve never been disappointed. The crust is always on point: thin, crisp, and just chewy enough. The sauce has great flavor, and the cheese is well-balanced — not greasy or overwhelming. They clearly care about the ingredients and getting the basics right, which I really appreciate. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try too hard — it just consistently delivers good pizza. Whether I’m stopping in for a cheese slice or a Sicilian one, I know exactly what I’m getting: quality, no-nonsense New York pizza done right. And yes… I love their Pasta slice — even though my friends say they want to take my Italian passport away! Definitely worth checking out

It's a joy walking into this pizzeria EVERY time I come here. Specifically for the food. You don't understand the amount of pizzerias I've walked into that lack variety. This place does not disappoint with a great selection of slices. AND it's all cooked great! Best if you love thin, crunchy slices. Not if you like thick soft dough.

Dante’s on Metropolitan Ave is one of our go-to spots. Pizza is always fresh, crispy, and consistent. Staff is friendly, quick, and it just hits every time. Solid neighborhood pizza spot.

Great pizza, great rolls and great everyrhing. The food is absolutely delicious at this location and the owner staff are the best. My wife and I have been eating at this place since I can remember. Prices are good and the atmosphere is nice. Now this is more of a take out place but they do have a few tables to sit down. First come gets the table/seats. :)

This is a comfy home-town pizza shop with amazing pizza! I stop by from time to time; I am never disappointed. The pizza is always great, and the staff are friendly and kind.
