Danny’s Pizza and Hoagies

Danny’s is an amazing place. They always serve amazing Hoagies. Their hoagies are so crispy warm and delicious. They also have amazing pizza, I have only had their pepperoni but it was great. The staff is always really kind and gets you your food quickly. The building is also really clean and friendly.

I was visiting family here in Pittsburgh and i heard that i HAVE to try Danny’s Hoagies. And it did not disappoint! I came in and this kid with a cast took my order, very kind and was patient with me, we were talking about basketball after i ordered, you could just tell it’s a great community. And the Philly was AMAZING!!!!! I have thought about driving back from Chicago just to get that hoagie again! Great place, great food, great atmosphere, highly recommend!!

They have really good Hoagies. I had the Cheesesteak Hoagie and it was really loaded and really good. We also had the Italian which wasn't bad but not great try to slice of their square pizza but did not really like it. Have had their whole round Pizza which was pretty good

I don't know how to describe this place other than it's a throwback to some time during the steel mill heyday's of this area. LOUD. REALLY LOUD. Even when you're standing at the counter to order, they are yelling. I ordered a meatball hoagie which was so salty it was impossible to taste the meatballs at all. It was a friggin mess to eat; what I was able to choke down. Looks like one of the numerous male teenage workers had a wet dream on the end of it. (see attached photo) Only guys work there and most under the age of 18 which seems a little...peculiar. Did I mention how loud they are, oh right, I did. There's a credit card service fee which is the only thing about them that was quiet because they don't mention it. The dining room needs to be power washed, twice.
