Awesome experience here, as usual. A special shout-out to the young* crew working the closing shift last night (2/13/26). *I mean no insult to any of you. I'm 54, and I never try to guess anyone's age anymore. You were all very professional and friendly, and the cooks did an exceptional job with our food. Thank you! My girlfriend and I walked in to order and eat in, not realizing that it was about 30 minutes before closing--I would NEVER knowingly enter any restaurant 30 min before closing, as I am a very slow eater. Yes, THAT slow (I like to savor the taste of great food). We got a bowl of broccoli + cheddar soup, a bowl of chili, and a large Thanksgiving Toasted sub. Good afternoon, Yesterday, I was on my way home from a Christmas Concert & decided to stop in your establishment for a Steak~n~Cheese Sub. I was greeted VERY friendly by an associate, Jacob 👍 (You may ask how I know his name, I asked for my review purpose) There was a woman, which I believe to have been the Manager - came out to assist & she was the most grumpy, angry, illustration of poor Management, I think I have ever seen!!! She wasn't friendly towards me nor did she even greet me as approached the counter. Granted we've ALL had terrible, horrible days but please, stay in the back, away from customers & do not treat your staff less than!!! The subs are great. So are the people. This one lady was very nice made me laugh. The Atmosphere was the best but I do recommend this spot if you what to eat and go.

I order and pick up here every week. The staff is excellent, fast, and courteous. I live in Canton, but this is my go to place. My order is always prepared perfectly.

I like this location in particular. They are always really nice and friendly, the place seems clean and they have really good cookies on sale. I also like how what I order is usually consistent regardless of who is working there and making the sandwich. Not sure if they source their turkey and bacon differently than other stores but I like there better.
