Upon arrival notice that restaurant was clean , customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Eric and Mason , Eric took my order correctly and was kind. Manager Omar and Betty prepared my food and it was to my satisfaction! I come here at least 2 to 3 times a week and there always friendly, polite and always get my order right.
VERY NICE PLACE. The food is so good and they always remember that I like 2 extra crackers with my soup 😂! They are all very kind people Omar the manager Eric, Logan Madnux and Betty! So so kind God bless you guys and keep at it!!! ^_^
I recently visited D’Angelo’s in Northampton and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to the wonderful service provided by the Manager Omar. Omar was courteous and kept a high standard of conduct throughout my visit. He interacted with warmth and kindness. Will definitely come again to eat at this location. Amazing Service!
Thankful for Maddox and Sally for helping me get the BOGO after I somehow screwed up my online order. I wasn’t made to feel like a bother. Also told me to feel free to call the store to place the next time after being told by the Greenfield store the deal was online only. Thank you!!!
Omar, Maddux and Betty provided excellent service, food was hot a delicious! Every time I come in Omar always takes care of me glad to see him in the NH store now🙏🏻
