If you find yourself in the Campton, NH area, you *must* visit The Dandelion Eatery, a charming food truck in a beautiful park-like setting. What really makes this spot stand out, aside from the great food, is the unique atmosphere. The park features a fireplace built from a crane excavator – how cool is that? It's such a distinctive and cozy addition to the experience. The chef, Dan, is an absolute gem. He’s friendly, polite, and genuinely adds to the welcoming vibe of the food truck. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and his passion for cooking truly shines through. We ordered a few items: the Bahn Mi Pork Sandwich, Pineapple Jalapeno Pork Sandwich, a side of Wicked Gouda Mac n’ Cheese, and the Flourless Chocolate Torte for dessert. What a great spot nestled right off I-93. This trip, I had a 10 piece order of the Zangi Chicken (gluten free for those who can’t eat it) and the wife had the Maple Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. We shared some fries. The Zangi Chicken is something I come back for again and again. Everything they serve is excellent though, and I love that the menu rotates. Again, the fryer is gluten free, so fries, the chicken, and many other items are safe for those who can’t tolerate gluten. The food is inspired by travels that the chef, Dan, has taken to Japan to ski and eat local food. Ask him about the hole in the wall restaurants he’s swelled out down alleys in Hokkaido.

Worth driving out of your way for this food! Exciting and unique menu of quality dishes. Great portions too, for a fair price, and very friendly service. Will definitely be back!

Do yourself a favor and get the most delicious chicken sandwich that you'll probably ever have. Not just cheap frozen white meat, has all the good dark meat looks like it's hand cut and breaded and deep fried. The maple buffalo chicken sandwich is ridiculous. It has elements of bahn mi and Buffalo combined.

Stopped into Dandelion Eatery tonight and tried the fried chicken and burger! The chicken was so juicy and tender and the garlic sauce we got to go alongside it was mouthwatering! Love the attention to detail- it’s evident that this food is mad with passion and love! Can’t wait to try the mac n cheese next time!
