Damariscotta Lake Farm

Damariscotta Lake Farm is a wonderful venue to get married. With many different areas for a ceremony and reception this rustic and charming location makes for incredible photos anytime. More that just a place to get married, I was able to view cozy rooms and relaxing common areas before the wedding day got started. Its always great to have nice spaces for the groom and bride to get ready with their bridal parties. Tracy takes pride in maintain the splendor of this place you can tell. High vaulted ceilings in the reception area and large wooden beams make the reception area a dream if you use your imagination. I can see many ceremony set designs here. Another wonderful meal at this establishment...comfy and cozy, excellent wait staff, love it here. Drinks are generous and you get you money's worth. Food fresh and delicious. This is our go to place when we are in town. Beautiful views. I had a shrimp special which was flavorful, husband had scallops which were great. Homemade three berry dessert al a mode was amazing!!

The staff were so friendly. I was there for two nights, celebrating my best friend's wedding. The view was beautiful and the rooms were so cute! There were bugs flying around in some of the rooms, but it's to be expected in an old house. A great introductory to Maine hospitality!

We stayed here for four nights while visiting relatives in the area. The hosts, Pete and Darlene, are very friendly and accommodating. The room was not luxurious, but it was clean and in the old Maine country style. Very good breakfast of your choice off the menu. Reasonable price, and we would definitely stay here again on another visit.

Damariscotta Lake Farm is both a B&B and a restaurant. My wife and I stayed here overnight in August 2017 to get some desperately needed sleep (away from our two very young kids, who my mom- and dad-in-law volunteered to look after while we we away). The inn owner was very warm and caring when I booked the night over the phone. Evidently, there was someone who had called before us to reserve the room we wanted (and the only one available at the time) but had not secured it yet. This person was going to stay for multiple days, so for the B&B it was better to secure this person than us (we only needed to stay for one night). She said that she would call us if this person didn't call back. And she did because the person did not.||||When we arrived, the room was very homey. Nothing luxurious.
