Dairy Queen (Treat)

This was my worst experience at a Dairy Queen in my entire life. My boyfriend and I stopped there. We both got blizzards, I got some caramel something blizzard got strawberry cheesecake blizzard. He got a lodge and a quarter of the way through eating it. He noticed it just tasted like vanilla ice cream. He shows me what’s in his ice cream and it’s just vanilla ice cream. There was no strawberries or cheesecake bits inside the blizzard because whoever made it put the vanilla ice cream in as well as the strawberry and the cheesecake pieces, but did not mix the blizzard cup completely on the mixing machine. We went back up to the window and the Young lady said what’s wrong with it we showed her. She asked what is the problem we showed her and she proceeded to say and I quote are you kidding m

This location is ok. The Abington one has friendlier staff and seem to care a little more about the presentation of the desserts they serve.

Perfect spot on your way to the Cape. Grab a treat to make the ride (and sometimes traffic) easier. Very convenient/close to Rte 3 but tiny parking and difficult to get in/out. The DQ is all outside and the old design (walk-up windows). Staff is nice and quick. Ice cream (ice milk) is not too heavy and perfect to pick at during the next hour+ of driving. Make the kids and everyone a little happier. No cones in the car. A blizzard is less mess and easier to nibble slowly.

Okay so this is an old fashioned DQ just ice cream opened seasonally and features new crazy blizzard flavors. Every time I go I get overwhelmed with my kids figuring what to order and I settle for a cup or sundae. What I should try is the NY cheesecake blizzard or the Oreo Brownie blizzard however I just simply keep forgetting. Also they are very nice and helpful when my kids need more napkins as they get messy.

absolutely love this Dairy Queen! my favorite thing to get is a blizzard with brownie pieces in it & the cotton candy blizzard is amazing too! but everything that they have is delicious & a great treat for a hot summer day!!
