this place makes me feel I want to go back to school again! just so that I can come to this library and study! amazingly inspiring space! beautiful architecture, comfy furniture, lovely outlook thru full height windows! staff are very respectful and the space is clean and well organized! definitely recommending a visit! too bad the place is closed on the weekends which is the time most working people including parents could use the library!

Absolutely! The Tufts Library in Weymouth is an incredible community gem—modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed for all ages. From its spacious reading areas and cutting-edge tech to the vibrant children’s section and helpful staff, it’s a true hub for learning, creativity, and connection.

While the space is beautiful some of the staff can be incredibly rude and selective with who they apply which rules to. Would not recommend coming here. If you're in the area and want to go to a library I would recommend the Thomas Crane Library instead, much kinder staff members.

I come here pretty often to study- the library itself is great. However, there is a man who works at the information desk by the computers and printers who is consistently rude to patrons trying to use the printers, find meeting room times, or who have general questions. I have heard him be incredibly condescending to people, especially the older crowd or those who may not speak english very well, almost every time I have come here. If this is going to be the face of your information area, tufts library needs to do better.

Although I do somewhat miss the tiny little neighborhood library it used to be, it's hard to deny how much nicer & how it's exponentially more equipped as this new, bigger building. The staff are still the same though. All the familiar, friendly & helpful faces. Still one of the best libraries around.
