WORST DAIRY QUEEN EXPERIENCE EVER! There was a sign that read “BE BACK IN 5 MIN.” On the counter today so we waited. Then a male associate comes and instead of acknowledging us or taking care of us he takes the sign and puts a 15 post it on top of the 5. That was ridiculous! We were the only customers waiting. No wonder they had no business like the other restaurants. You should get better people that want to work.
$5.50 for medium sundae and its all runy with two / three pieces of strawberries! Worst dairy queen in USA
Really nice place to visit, include a nice museum as well with “Food”. Based on the name I really was expecting some kind of small Mall somehow! Plenty time to visit it in one day!!!
I think their ice cream machine was struggling. Had a pitcher under it for drips and our ice cream was handed to us melted. Disappointment.
Asked the kid at 9pm, "What time do you close?" He said 11pm. After finishing my laundry, I went back at 10:28pm to order food. The girl said, "Since we close in 30 minutes, we unfortunately don't sell food anymore." Could have told me that when I asked when you closed.
