Dairy Queen (Treat)

This Dairy Queen on Route 23 in Wantage is the stingiest place in the area. I paid $6.34 for a small Reese’s Blizzard and got choc ice cream with maybe three crumbs of peanut butter cup. It’s like they’re scooping straight out of their own Halloween bucket. You don’t get a Blizzard here you get a cup of ice cream….Absolute joke! If you want a stacked blizzard, go to West Milford Dairy Queen on Route 23.

Customer service here sucks, the workers are nasty, and the Ice cream sucks. It’s an huge waste of money to go to the Sussex Dairy Queen. They need new workers not nasty and immature college students. We will never be returning here. My boyfriend and I spend a lot of money here. We go between 2-3 times a week. I live in Sussex so it’s the most convenient place to go for me. My order here is constantly wrong. We ordered a cotton candy blizzard and it was not mixed through properly and has huge chunks of the pink icing mix bigger than a golf ball in almost every bite. When I brought it up to the workers they not only refused to fix my order or refund me, they were absolutely nasty to me telling my order is right and that I need to “get over it” when I flat out told the worker we would not be

Traffic flow is poorly laid out. If you park on the right side you're trapped by drive through lines. Can get insanely crowded. Still, the staff do a good job and they have benches to sit on. ice cream is very good!

This dairy queen is the best the teenage girls are so nice, I love coming here they are my favorite. Everyone is so nice it seems like they have a little family! the ice cream is amazing and with inflation the prices are still the lowest around!!!

Drove out of our way to go here. Showed up at 9:50 pm and they literally shut the lights out on us at the drive through window. Completely rude and unacceptable.
