Dairy Queen (Treat)

Did not get what I pay for it was Very disappointing. Very unfriendly stuff. I purchased Vanilla dipped in chocolate it had a very thin layer of chocolate and it is spouse to have a thick layer of chocolate it was spouse to be crunchy but it was soft melting.

The girl taking orders was very nice but the kid making the orders got mine wrong and proceeded to bully her because he didn’t read the order right, super unprofessional and just not a good way to treat a co worker period. The AC must be broken on something because the store was very hot and my cone was melting by the time I made to the table. I threw the cone away because I couldn’t eat it with the way it was melting so fast.

This place is now Dairy Dream, I believe. The young man who served me on the second day it wàs opened had great customer service skills. The "blizzard" was yummy 😋

Took a friend here for birthday ice cream. They were out of everything, and just mixed cocoa with vanilla, only partially filled, then charged us full price for a "chocolate blizzard." Management should have posted a notice when they apparently did not order enough product. These kids aren't equipped to handle the backlash of the seven angry customers tearing up the lobby. Though, look at this. At least they tried. Still should have gotten some kinda discount, I still blame management over teens left out to dry. Shame on you.

Liz is amazing!!! The store has some technical difficulties and had to shut down early, but I had a birthday cake for my little boy that I was supposed to pick up today. Liz texted me personally and let me know the situation. She then DELIVERED the cake to my house to make sure my son had his birthday cake in time. Thank you Liz!!!
