Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

My boyfriend and I went here Friday 12:25 to get ice cream for our pups and it did say open. It was not

THE SWEDISH FISH AND COTTEN CANDY WAS SO NUMMY!! The worker up front (Jordan) was super sweet and amazing. Will be back! (Also the front wasn’t open due to remodeling you have to go up to the window:))

This place is amazing! The Italian ice is so refreshing and flavorful, you can tell it's homemade. They also have frozen custard that is seriously good, creamy and rich. The atmosphere is super family friendly, with plenty of seating and a fun vibe. We'll definitely be back for more soon!

Soft Reopen today was amazing! I love the Swedish fish & Cotton Candy flavors :3

Rita's reopen is a bust! With tip it was $30 for 3 small concrete ice creams. Two were the apple pie seasonal special that was just watered down vanilla ice cream and waffers. The third was supposed to be a chocoholic concrete but it was literally chocolate water. The guy admitted he knew he made a milkshake but said it was because he didnt have any the ingredients to make the original order instead of just letting us know he couldn'tmake it. When we asked to just substitute it for a vanilla oreo concrete, he handed us back the same chocolate water but added oreo pieces. This "new" Rita's is a one and done for us!
