Dairy Queen Store

I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing experience I had at your 2523 Park Dr, Sanford, FL 32771 Dairy Queen, on January 27 around 2.30, I am a frequent customer, but I no longer feel safe returning to this location due to the interaction of the staff there I believe I was treated unfairly and targeted by staff due to personal reasons. Upon arriving they refused service by Africa American she flipped us off and threatened to beat us up and used vulgar language and gestures it’s so extremely unprofessional More importantly, I have serious concerns regarding the safety of customers and staff. The employee, Cameron, is known to have a court-ordered ankle monitor on and I have personal knowledge that he is an abuser who beats women. Knowing this, I felt unsafe and I feel that this

So our power went out and we decided to get some ice cream while we wait not knowing when or if the lights would come back on. So we ended up at DQ in Sanford and even though it was extremely busy the employees handled it very well and quickly. And of course the ice cream was awesome. And the lights came back on when we got back home.

Saddest blizzard I've ever had. Barely any toppings. Basically just a cup of vanilla ice cream.

A+... Cute, convenient location but very busy... covid precautions are on point. Good customer service and even though the line was outrageous we got our food pretty fast. Best of all!! They make the waffle bowls and waffle cones fresh to order! Really good... would recommend for a fast and delicious sweet treat. A+

My family and I Love coming to this spot for ice cream 🍦Bella is definitely my favorite and provides the best customer service and she's always happy and super sweet.
