Dairy Queen

Restaurant and drive thru was practically empty. Took over 15 mins to get our ice cream and then had to retell the staff what we ordered. Then they stopped working our order to take a drive thru order instead of asking them to wait a minute. Inside of the restaurant is gross…floors and tables are filthy and sticky. I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in a backwoods roadside truck stop.

Ordered a 4 pc chicken strip box no drink, they asked me to pull around to the front and they’d bring it out, I waited 15 min. 2 employees left, one walked out on the patio to smoke, and when I walked inside to ask about my food there was no one in the kitchen at all one guy was working the window and no orders were up it was not busy at the time I asked about my order and someone came out of the back and said that the order was placed wrong because the guy at the window was new and they’d have it up in three minutes 15 minutes later, they asked me what I ordered again because I was still waiting and then the guy at the window argued that I didn’t give him the order correctly, which was a simple, four piece chicken strip. There were no other customers when I ordered several customers came

Came here for a field trip, half the kids got ice cream but it was more of sour milk. When teacher told them they cleaned the stuff from the night before. We didn’t get new ice cream or refunds.

This is the worst’s daily queen I ever been to they are never open on time like today it was 4 minutes before opening at 11:00 it was 10:52 and won’t even open this is why they are going under I’ll never do business here again

Excellent food perfect shake great staff. Couldn’t have asked for anything better will return soon.
