Dairy Queen

It took 40 minutes from placing order to leaving store in that time i never received my blizzard. I reminded the cashier more than once. After 23.5 minutes I got my food. My fries were missing. I paid extra for an extra side of cheese curds. Again I reminded them about my blizzard. Once my lunch break expired and I had to leave I asked for a refund where it took an additional 10 minutes because I was ignored and placed behind people ordering gift cards. Manager was rude. Did not apologize and I she said she gave me the refund but didnt even scan my receipt or give me a new receipt with the refund credit. Still have not received the refund so i probably won't.

Thank you to all the worker there so kind and generous with real quick service and got our food done real quick

The food was a disappointment as was the service. Over 45 minutes to get our To-Go order of “Alaskan Pollock” ( plain frozen locally bought fish fillets), a fried instead of grilled chicken nugget salad ( with 4 tiny pieces of over-fried nuggets) and equally over-fried 6 pc chicken fingers. We came recently on a week night, and since it was already late, we did not return to the eatery. Next day, I did return to air my disappointment. No one wanted to listen, as the manager was much too busy to talk to me. Please save yourself a trip to Port L DQ. Try Whataburger or Burger King instead for greasy fast food. This is definitely not “what I Love about Texas.”

I ordered a hungerbuster with cheese and toasted buns on both sides and fresh 🍟and this is what i got. A burnt buger w/no cheese..i will not order like that again..I also ordered tacos and got burnt taco shells and fries..but i called and spoke with the manager and she remade it for me to my order.

The cashier that helped us was amazing! Food was hot and fresh.
