Port Lavaca Fishing Pier

This is the perfect spot to unplug and literally relax. This is not a tourist spot, which is perfect if you want to get away from the rat race of work and traffic and overcrowded towns. This was truly a peaceful and relaxing 4 day getaway, and the Magnolia Beach Bungalow we Airbnb was perfect, price, location. Very quiet area.

Nice clean the majority of the people that are there 2 fish are nice people friendly And there is a bait shop. Poor boy's bait shop very reasonable prices. Right next to the pier. Port Lavaca just needs to have all the lights on the pier working otherwise a great place for family fun

to many rocks here to fish (no weights), but if u get lucky, here's what you can catch. Black drum 37 1/2 inch. long (using shrimp) between 30,35 pounds . Awsome catch, bro

Was a great park / pier and seems like it is pretty decent fishing at times. Overall loved my time here and will be coming back.

Great place to take family on a fishing trip. Nice pier and they have a pavillion and baitshop just around the corner. Best to fish at night/early morning when it's not so hot.
