Manager needs to teach these kids about basic customer service principles at drive through. It’s consistent weekend nights we get this kid who doesn’t smile, doesn’t talk, and today forgot our pup cup. He also did not provide a receipt. Same young guy. Work is where you perform with good service not where you come to socialize. Get it together. Never going here again.

Always hot thats supposed to be hot and cold that is supposed to be cold. Lol always made right. Kind people love the DQ

Just went in a couple minutes ago to order brownie blizzard. Asked for extra brownie bits and got charged the extra but it barely had any. The ice cream was going bad, it tasted sour as well. Tried to call the store and no pick up.

Great store for treats like hot fudge sundae 😁 the staff is very friendly and the store is very clean I'll keep coming back for sure

The ice cream sundaes have a tiny bit of hot fudge. Asked the manager for a bit more since there was hardly any. He refused. The most horrible service from a manager.
