Dairy Queen

I came all the way from Auburn, AL to get me a WV slaw dog and I was not disappointed! 😎 Also snuck in a peanut buster parfait for good measure. Both were excellent! Reminded me of much younger days in WV. 🙂

Beautiful views of the New River from the dining area. Can see Ospreys,Blue Herons, Ducks, Kingfishers and Geese etc on the river. Breakfast lunch & dinner offered. Everything I've had is good. This is a unique DQ unparalleled to any I've been to.

This is the coolest Dairy Queen. It’s built overlooking the river and you have great views both from a patio area outside or either of the rooms that feature large glass windows and ample seating overlooking the river from inside the building. We enjoyed eating here and watching the deer graze on the island at the middle of the river. The staff were super friendly and the food quality was surprisingly good!

I grew up going to this place on my way from one fishing hole to another. Two hotdogs all the way with fries! Go set on the deck and watch the beautiful New River floating by! Life sure is good….

Good stop in Hinton, I enjoyed it. I would come back for sure, the little hall could get a bit crowded, but the food comes out fast enough, so you won't be there too long.
