Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I'm just here wondering when a customer gets a poor order, snaps a photo showing how they were underserved, that the reply back is we will do better next time. The person above was out $11. Money that you now have. I'd gave them a refund and made the transaction whole. They are owed at a minimum $6 that you didn't deliver to them. The answers were strange. I'm ok with food there. I just found responses to complaints was odd.

Double cheeseburger gets 5 stars. Excellent fresh, toasted bun, good grilled flavor. Unfortunately the 10+ minute wait for the ice cream cooled my enthusiasm. By the time it was delivered, it was already melty. Will seek out independent restaurants next time, but Wilmington has few options

Paid $11 for a chicken strip basket with hardly any fries. Ordered two blizzards and they tried to give me the wrong size.

I’ve always enjoyed the food here . The food I had a couple days ago was very good, just like it always is. But I had a bad experience with Hannah. There was a small mistake with my order, which didn’t bother me as I know things like that happen. I just asked if it could be fixed. She seemed annoyed when I asked and even rolled her eyes at me. What bothered me more was how she talked to the other workers. I could hear her yelling at them in a rude tone. I don’t think anyone deserves to be spoken to like that, especially not young people who are just trying to do their job. I like eating at Dairy Queen, and I’ll keep coming back for the food. But I think the managers need to treat both their workers and customers with more respect.

Ordered a peanut butter Add hot fudge add whipped cream, large Sunday. I get or they go to hand it to me. And the whip cream is just running down the cup. I said I'm not accepting that shr rolls her eyes at me the i hear the girl say Diane. They come back. They've literally wiped the sticky stuff all over the outside of the cup. Just wiped it off . They hand me this sticky cup with ice cream that's just barely past the top of the cup. I've complained about that several times being here. They say that's what a large looks like. They fill it just up to the top of the cup. They need to get rid of Diane. This place would be a much better place. False advertisement. You don't get what you pay for here.
