Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I needed a last-minute birthday cake, and my daughter borrowed my car, so I ordered one to be delivered via Doordash. I also ordered an extra ice cream sandwich. The driver neglected to pick up the cake, and only delivered the little sandwich! I was panicking, but when I called Dairy Queen and learned my order was there, just not picked up, the man on the phone told me he'd personally deliver it to me. He was so kind and the cake ended up getting to me just in the nick of time! I wish I had gotten the young man's name who helped me out. He really save the day for me!!

I started working near by and began going here 6 years ago. As far back as I can remember I've had a consistent and satisfying experience in every aspect except French fry freshness. But this spot excells for me for two reasons. Ruben and Luz. Ruben has been friendly to the point of becoming a friend to me. He makes sure to add buffalo sauce to every one of my orders because he knows, and Luz has done the same while reminding me and Ruben about being a little more serious. Great spot to eat.

My family love their blizzards and "cup cakes" which are a 1 person icream cake in a small plastic cup with prize on the top. If you love their full-size ice cream cakes you will love their cupcakes. Their drive through can get busy so I often run in and grab the premade cupcakes in the freezer!

My family absolutely loves this place, we've been going here for 10+ years regularly, the staff is so friendly, the food is excellent, huge fan of all of them. Only complaint is they don't wear name tags, I wish I knew all of the names for the friendly faces I see every time. This is such a wonderful place, well run, I wish I could give it 6 stars, I am way too late on this review. Thanks for being awesome!

There were three people inside the checkout window. Flirting and having fun. Meanwhile there was line of cars out and onto West Boylston street. While I was at the window, I was given most of my order as the three people ("glasses girl", "Scorpion arm tattoo man" and "Headset boy") meandered around talking to each other while people were waiting. Eventually I was given my complete order. (also, to "Headset boy" Remove the microphone from your shirt, you sound like you have a mouth full of oatmeal) Also, at least TRY to sound like you're paying attention and ALWAYS repeat the order back so there aren't mistakes (again)
