Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We’ve been going to Warren a lot this summer for home improvement products at Lowe’s. We don’t have a Dairy Queen back home. We’ve stopped at this Dairy Queen twice in the past month. The first time, we waited 10 minutes in the lobby. No one in the drive thru, only one guest in the dining area. There were people in the back walking around on their phones. There’s two registers in the lobby, and we weren’t sure which one to go to. We stood on the side where we could see people in the back. I even opened the front door a second time so the bell would ring. Finally, someone came to the front and he just stared at us. Then when I said I wanted to order something, he told us we were on the wrong side, and that side was for drive thru…there weren’t signs to indicate that, so we didn’t know. He d

I order strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake from here every year for my son's birthday and have had no problems til this year, I got the biggest cake you can order and it was awful. Only the top was the blizzard mix with a layer of fudge and cookie! Plus there was no frosting on the top except writing! You would think you'd get more for a $50 cake!! Then when I called to ask them why the cake was made that way the manager was very rude and told me that is how the cakes are supposed to be made. So then I called corporate and they confirmed that strawberry cheesecake Blizzard cake is not supposed to have cookies or fudge at all in it. I called again to talk to the owner and he was out plowing the driveway and NEVER returned my call! I will NEVER buy from this store again! Worst service EVER!

The staff were fabulous. Food average as expected for fast food. Ice cream hit the spot on a hot day. Was very busy and could have used a person in the dining room. Overall Good trip and Place

Although I try to follow the carnivore diet My weakness is ice cream. I like to get a chocolate dip or cherry on occasion. Walked out with two and almost got mugged by a swarm of witches! True stoey!

Was nice and quaint, and pretty cold on the dining room. Still good though.
