Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This place has been closed for at least 2 or 3 years now and quite frankly it needs to be bulldozed. Total waste of valuable space. The food was never good, they had odd hours that weren't predictable, and the inside was disgusting.

I have ordered a side salad from different DQ locations and they always have had it in a clear packaging, with my dressing on the side. Not only was I surprised to get a box instead this time, but when I opened it I was immediately grossed out. It was brown lettuce, and chunky ranch. No thank you.

When you order a 6 piece with extra gravy, so they give you 6 chicken fingers the size of chicken nuggets and 2 less than half full gravy cups? Rip off, much?

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have been to. I have tried to give them multiple chances and it is a total joke. I ordered 2 blizzards- not difficult considering it is their JOB. 1 was missing sprinkles and the other was supposed to be a Reese’s peanut butter pie blizzard. It was CINNAMON with peanut butter cups. That is not what it is supposed to have. We arrived to the worker worrying more about flirting with the young girls in lobby than customer experience. When he asked my wife for her order the SECOND she started talking he held up his finger and said one second and kept talking to the other girls about a party. Absolutely unacceptable and if it was me I would have fired him on the spot. I’m not sure who owns this but they need to take ownership of this site and hire better employees
