Basic fast food burger. Good fries. - Original Cheeseburger 1/3 lb Signature Stackburger - $8 (meal): A basic fast food burger. Nothing special. They don’t have anything unique, but if you are there for the ice cream, it is not a bad burger. Each patty is 1/6 lb and seasoned with the standard salt and pepper ratios (maybe a tad on the lighter side). The bun appears to have a butter coating on top, but it was not especially noticed in it’s flavoring. The cheese was melted and not terribly sharp. This burger comes with just ketchup, mustard, and pickles (which I always skip). - Fries (included in the meal deal): These were actually a bit better than standard fast food. This place and the stevensville location have continously gone downhill ever since the Cellentani's sold around 2018. Service is horrible. Every surface is disgusting sticky and dirty even when they're slow with nothing better to do. I encourage every local and tourist alike who stumble on this review to go support a locally owned burger & ice cream shop like Dairy Korner or Neon Grill instead of a place like this where the owner of the franchise isn't even from here. Absolutely diabolical

Took my daughter tonight for her 13th birthday around 7:15 PM. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us in the lobby to take our order. Then when our order was brought out by the skinny girl with brown hair, we had noticed that she hadn’t flipped the blizzard. She rolled her eyes and walked away. THEN we looked down at our blizzards and one of them, the one for the birthday girl, was basically straight liquid. The line was several people deep without anyone at the register to help them, so we couldn’t even have them re make it. We had to leave and go put her ice cream in the freezer at home so she can eat it. This isn’t our first poor experience at this DQ, but this time it pissed me off enough to leave a review. Happy tastes cold. They bagged our salad together with hot food so when you get home you will have a warm salad and cold food. When I asked about it they said they always do that. How odd.

I needed a gender reveal ice cream cake done and they did a phenomenal job.
