Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Came in for lunch, and the cook is in the back yelling, cussing. I feel bad for the lady's at the counter, they were nice and had great service but that cook needs to go. It created an atmosphere that had me wanting to run for the hills and leave my food that wasn't ready yet. I get people have bad days but thats unacceptable. I was in the food industry for years, it gets busy, if you dont like it, please leave it to someone else to take care of it.

Jenn is the rudest worker I have ever came across. the other gentleman and younger guy were sweet as can be. however Jenn was rude when I went up to get sauces the other gentleman overlooked that I told the younger guy I wanted when I ordered. so I just politely told him they were missing he was apologetic and upbeat. her however was well did you say it when you ordered. then 1 of the groups meal had a sundae included and I returned to to get that she was sour faced and eye rolling the gentleman once again super outstanding guy was on top of it. after everyone sat and ate. I placed a to go order with the younger guy again for at home members of the group. one in the group wanted to order ice cream. She told her what do you want. She ordered then A teen boy in the group wanted to order hims

We had a very rude worker, didn’t see her name tag but made us seem like we couldn’t have been any more inconvenient. sighed very loudly when we asked for a sauce, didn’t say a word to us and didn’t ask if we needed anything else.

Our family of 5 walked in at 1955. One of the worst, unfriendliest DQs we’ve ever been to. No one greeted us. No one was smiling or really even talking to customers. We took a few moments to decide what we wanted to order and walked closer to the counter. The woman at the counter asked “are you ready to order”? We said yes and she motioned to the cash register and said we could order over there. After ordering several people were making our order and they’d forgotten 1 so we had to wait for it. They didn’t turn any of our blizzards upside down like all the other DQs do. And I’m sorry did I mention they had all the chairs turned upside down on the tables as if to keep people from sitting in their lobby. My husband asked “are you closing”? Even though their hour signage says open til 10p

Terrible service. I will not be returning ever to this Dairy Queen. I made an order that I wanted and a lady that was working there handed me my order and complained to me pretty much stating how stupid I was for ordering what did order. Very unprofessional and accused me of ordering the same thing in the past saying she “knew I would throw a fit, because supposedly I did this this the last time” which actually I’ve never even ordered this type of blizzard ever from this location and was not complaining at all about my blizzard. I just wanted to take my order and be on with my day, but instead I was getting a lecture from a worker at the window that then proceeded to shut the window on me. So sad that people think it’s ok to treat individuals like this, I really hope she re-evaluates herse
