Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This was a terrible Dairy Queen. The people who work there were mean. They locked us inside. The food took forever. When they got our order wrong three times we were still kind with them. Then they still got our order wrong when they handed it to us. The lady who handed us our food, tried to argue with us about it. When she was finally corrected, the lady slammed our food down on our tray, like a little kid. That lady, so happen to be the manager.This Dairy Queen is truly a mess. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere just a miserable experience. We will never go back to this one again.

We stopped on our journey west as a quick place to get some food and get back on the road. The service was decent and the food was average compared to other Dairy Queen locations we have been at. The main purpose of this stop was to get something quick and to get back on the road. In that light this did provide us with that.

All is well if it ends well. We stopped in for lunch. I ordered the chicken strips basket and my partner one of the burgers. My chicken strips were slightly undercooked and they kindly corrected that for us without a fuss. The burger was really good! Soda fountain had limited options and were out of some of the flavors, which was a little disappointing. We ended things with a blizzard which was the highlight of the meal!

Was traveling though on a day trip today, got a mint oreo blizzard this morning and they killed it, had cookie all the way to the bottom and was mixed great.. then got the bbq chicken strip basket and it came out great also.. not to mention they got 2 buss loads of kids in there at the same time and still rocked the order out... great job team!!

The sign on the door says close at 9:30 doors were locked at 9 o’clock. There were eight people trying to get food and stuff at like 9:05 pm You guys should change your hours on the door that’s false advertising
