The average weight time I normally have at this restaurant even when ordering one meal and not during a busy time always seems to be extended Possibly due to the fact that the young workers that are working, there are goofing off and everyone’s able to see them. But this evening was the last straw for me and my family, while waiting in line and as we saw people being served in front of us and being able to see around the corner half of the people on staff were working and eating food at the same time while serving and that’s against health code. I also did not receive one of the burgers I ordered and and didn’t get barbecue sauce on our barbecue burger and ended up waiting over 12 minutes and the whole time they’re goofing off eating. Usually go to the Burley location but decided to give Rupert a try. This will be the last time that happens. I order like normal. I sit down and we get out food. Receipt says flame thrower combo, I got a ranch/bbq burger or whatever it was. No big deal. Went up and gave them the burger and asked that for the flamethrower to be made. Went to sit down and after almost 10 minutes I didnt get anything. So I go back up and ask and after the cashier asked the kitchen crew, nobody knew about it. So another couple minutes waiting. I finally received the burger. Its not cold but it definitely isnt fresh. It was chewy and hard to rip a bite off it. I am now sitting here going to the bathroom every 10 minutes. Nasty food. Nothing good ever comes from a high schooler staff

I had a great experience at Dairy Queen. The food came out hot and fresh, and the staff was really friendly and quick with the service. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving a good burger and a Blizzard—I’ll be coming back again for sure!

On every visit, the drive-thru places customers on hold immediately after pulling up. After waiting an excessive amount of time with no communication, I drive forward only to see employees scrambling to put on their headsets the moment they notice a car at the window.
