Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

OKish food. My cheese burger had a huge quarter inch thick SLAB of odd white sauce on it plus other things like ketchup. Plenty of pickles. Super super messy. Could barely taste the burger. And only provided 2 tiny napkins. Luckily I was going home to eat it or it would have been a huge mess. Blizzard was kinda melty already when I got it and melted fast even though I brought it home in a cooler with ice packs planning ahead. Tasted good though. Plenty of parking and pretty easy to get to. Drive through a little slow.

Employees were severely understaffed it seemed like. Food was gross to eat, I think it might have sat under a heat lamp for hours. Spent 20$ and nobody was willing to eat any of it except the ice cream. Wasn't going to be that person that goes back in and complain to the employees when you can tell they are already having a terrible time. Fries tasted like dirty oil and they basically just seemed stale which is where I figured it was a heat lamp scenario. Burgers were both smashed as seen in picture. Obviously it's fast food so expectations aren't high but come on, I usually love dq. I've been to this location several times in the past few years and I'm always disappointed b something but it's never been this bad. I don't think we will ever return to this location again.

This is our favorite DQ location! The staff are attentive and super friendly, they’re generous with the paid for toppings (unlike other locations that give you like 3 cookie dough chunks in a Blizzard), and the inside of the store is very clean! We took our son here one time for a celebration and they were so kind and clapped for him and gave him a high five—good customer service!

Huge props to Ava - crew trainer this evening at DQ. We stopped into the drive thru to grab some of the Valentines cupcakes & were greeted by Ava who was so joyful, helpful and friendly. A great experience of customer service - she truly made our experience the best it could be.

Updating my review from a year ago. This location has definitely improved! Been there a few evenings now for a late night blizzard and I’ve been very impressed with the staff and level of service! Keep up the great work! I’ll continue coming back!
