Impeccable service! Where else can you go and have the manager deliver you your food to the table and personally talk to the family? "Chris" the manager was amazing! He kept the team going while taking orders at the register and with a headset for the drive thru! The food was great, the facility was like new and clean inside and out! The food quality and temperatures were perfect! This is an impressive location in so many ways! Thank you to Chris and the whole team! Keep up the great work!

I have been to this location several times and unfortunately every experience has been similar. I’ve tried to give it a fair chance, but I was disappointed again during my most recent visit. They were unwilling to make even basic adjustments to their sandwiches and refused to provide mayonnaise, saying they had no way to ring it up. This was surprising, as the Dairy Queen in Casper had no issue providing mayo packets, and I have not experienced this problem at other locations. My father in law tried to add and subtract items for both the ice cream and sandwiches and was politely but firmly told no. He previously managed a fast food restaurant himself and found this unusual, especially since the same adjustments can easily be made through the app. I understand employees are often following

If I could give them 10 stars I would. By far the best burger place in Riverton. The food is amazing and they’re so respectful. I’ve tried most of the fast food places in town and this one by far is my favorite. Just an amazing place.

Excellent. Hot food. Great service. Clean. Now that McDonalds has turned into a microwave vending machine, I have discovered an entire new group of restaurants. Where the food is how and good.

Paid 6.19 for a Banana Split Royal Treat and it was so bad. The whipped cream hid that there was a small amount of ice cream. Order takers were unfriendly and the other lady just gave dirty looks. The guy was taking the drive in orders. Our banana splits were dropped in front of us The good thing was the complimentary water cup.
