Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I pull up to get a lime slush with ice cream and A male, through the speaker, tells me they’re out of ice cream, slushes, coolers, anything that was cold or frozen. They told me they were out of it. That is very, very bad business and the whole point of Dairy Queen is ice cream, slushes, etc. This reminds me of the sonic that used to be on Thornton Road, I’m pretty sure they’ll be out of business soon Just like them if they keep this kind of behavior up. I’m so sick of spending all my money on bad customer service and companies that can’t even keep the very items they’re there to sell in stock. It doesn’t make sense. My visit was on Sunday evening, March 8, 2026 in case anybody who actually might own that franchise cares. ADDENDUM, THEN THEY REPLY SAYING I'M CONFUSED!! I WAS TOLD BY THE

Food is great, management not so much. Was ordering from here regularly and accidentally put in a pick up order rather than delivery. Contacted support and they put me in touch wth the management and they would rather lose my business than refund my single blizzard they made but I couldn't pick up while I don't have a car. Which I informed them I didn't have a car. They had the gall to offer me a free blizzard, if I want to come pick it up. Clearly meant as an insult not a fix. Will not work with this location again. The Hiram location is not far and they actually care about their customers. As you can see from their response below, they think that's good business. Go to the Hiram DQ.

At five minutes till nine they started rushing us out the door and we're had just started eating out I've cream and then they cut the lights out on us and we had to ask them to turn them on so we could what we're we're eating extremely ride workers. We won't be back to this dairy Queen for sure.... Winning hospitality I tell ya!

The managers are rude and only care about getting your money. No refunds no matter how bad your food sucked. The service is horrible. Pick anywhere but here. There is one in Hiram if you must have DQ. They are awesome.

On the plus side, the employees are great, the dining area was very clean, and the Blizzard was fantastic. On the minus side, the Firecracker Burger was not spicy, and the chicken sandwich was greasy and only had one sad slice of tomato on it. The ketchup bottle at the table was empty and we had to snag one from another table.
