Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I came in to pick up 3 takeout orders for 3 different people. When I got there I was waiting for like 10 minutes before an employee even looked my way even though they walked past me multiple times. When I finally got helped, the employee walked away from me after I said I had 3 to go orders to help drive thru instead of continuing to help me. About 5 or 10 minutes later she came back. When I finally got the food, one of the blizzards was not full. It was ridiculous. Also, the fries were not fresh as they had been sitting in the warmer since I got there and who knows how long they had been up there before I got there. They were not hot and they were soggy. The employee also did not flip the blizzards upside down. All of the fries were in one bag which made me getting them to those who orde

If I could give negative stars review on the service. I would. This girl was blonde, she had glasses and she was working today at around 3… she was rude as soon as we asked her about the quart because we paid over $25. She was rude after that, never said anything. We said thank you and used our manners. She didn’t give us the sundae we ordered, and when we called to ask her about it, she said, in a very rude voice mind you, “ok, come back and get it IF YOU WANT” and said it in a snotty voice. I was very disappointed. The food was great, but the service was horrible.

I've been here a few times a week and everytime I come, it's fast service, and extremely hot food. The place is a bit dated, but what they lack in seating they more than make up for it in service and food... thank you

We came in at about 8:40pm. We had a 3 year old with us who eats slowly. I wasn't aware that we would need to rush. At about 8:55 an employee came over and told us we had 5 minutes. Then a couple minutes later told us we had to go because they were closing. We had to stand outside in 40° tempratures to finish our icecream cones because we didnt want the little one eating it in the car. The 2 teen girls kept looking out at us and appeared to be laughing at us. I understand they wanted to close, but I feel its rude to kick a family out right at closing time. Another 2 minutes and we would have been done.

Ordered 2 ice cream cakes for our sons first birthday. One customized and one from dq selection of cakes. They turned out perfect and everyone loved them. Thank you :)
