We absolutely love OM at the drive thru at lunch time on most days at this Dairy Queen location. He is so kind to us and knows our order by heart! We look forward to seeing him each time and he is the reason we come back to this DQ location so often!
Customer services isn’t great. She was really struggling to understand us. I asked for onion rings and they gave me fries. Even though she repeated the order multiple times. Didn’t get a receipt. Flame thrower burger was more like a cheeseburger with a sprinkle of buffalo sauce. Not great.
Update: For some reason that I don't yet fully comprehend, I subjected myself to a Blizzard and the horrible customer service that comes with it -- at this particular Dairy Queen location. After hearing a muffled and less-than-appreciative"$6.45 Next window" by the kid on the speaker (no "thank you" or cheery tones to be found here), I was treated to a long, shall I say Aggressive Scowl by the person at the window -- after having the nerve and the gall to politely ask her to wipe a *long drip of ice cream* running down the side of the cup before handing it to me -- as it would have dripped all over my hand and the interior of the car. Great place for a delicious treat, went a little later and the quality was still great!
