Awesome library! Friendly staff with lots of books to choose from. They keep the library a clean and safe environment for all to enjoy. If you like the library, check out Friends Bookstore which is located inside the library on your left when entering the building.

Best library in Georgia hands down!! Librarians are old school friendly and focused on community. This library is the chic fila of libraries. Customer service is Stellar. Librarians act like they are actually at work and not irritated by you . Love it

We absolutely adore our library! As a child of the 80s and coming of age in the 90s, I absolutely grew up with shows like Wishbone, GhostWriter and of course Reading Rainbow. I've been a voracious reader my entire life and love that my daughters have inherited the same. Friendly librarians, amazing selections, even free take-home family activities. I would live there if they let me! 💯❤

The Palmetto branch library is always friendly to neighbors , children’s and friends. The staff is very knowledgeable and the library is well stocked with a lot of books, articles and activities for all . The library is a great place to relax and have fun particularly on the weekend when you have nothing to do, very clean and organize! Come out & enjoy!!

Attention!!!! Palmetto Library hours Monday 10am-5:45pm, Tuesday 10am-7:45pm, Wednesday-Saturday 10am-5:45pm, Sunday Closed. When you cut a vital service 15min before you close, just close the door. Not everyone is a “towny” and knows the strange way you operate. Someone could be coming across town and needs to print an important document and thinks they have 15min to spare, but nope Palmetto Library shuts down the computers 15min before they close. When your business closes at a certain time I expect to use the services until you close. Just be transparent and change your hours online to reflect how you operate.
