Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We were really upset after getting a birthday cake for a friend last weekend. The employee said she had no problem writing on the cake but the writing was very crooked and off center. There were no other employees working when we purchased the cake so we couldn’t ask for it to be fixed. She should not have told us she could write on the cake if she didn’t have the abilities to do so. I had to ask my sister to scrape off the writing and put icing over the top to fix it. I would have rather had the cake blank than the writing that was put on it. Our friend would have been very disappointed if we gave it her in the original state.

A great place to grab some yummy ice cream just off the highway. Stopped by and got a a few ice cream cones and cups. Delicious! Customer service here is great! Super clean dining area.

Placed a mobile order, and the line was a little slow, not too bad. Got our ice cream, then was asked to pull forward and wait for our fries. It took nearly 30 minutes for them to bring the fries out, and we were not the only car out there waiting as car after car left the lot. No explanation was given to for why it took that long.

food was okay, but proportions were horrible compared to the last time i was there. the chicken “strips” were more like nuggets, and got about a third the amount of fries and dipping sauce i should have gotten for 12 dollars. what a rip off. don’t go here unless you want to waste your money.

I normally never write reviews but I had to on this one, I ordered a flamethrower meal with extra sauce on the burger thinking I’d get like double the amount as normal… they drown this burger in sauce I got about 10 times the amount of a normal burger if not more! I tried resuscitation the burger by wiping the excess off to no avail I ran out of napkins so I threw it in the garbage
