Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

It was a very cold day, a lot of snow outside. Place was empty, kind of exclusive experience. But not really like we felt. Overall food was just a regular fast food option. French fries were really good (warm and salty) but really the Blizzard treat was a great addition to the order. Will definitely visit other DQ restaurant to check if they can do better.

Ice cream is great, the lady at front is miserable, I feel sorry for her

Been coming to dq for many many many of years for birthday cakes…. this year new owners.. not only rude but completely unprofessional, we presented a coupon which we got on the mail , not only refused it but refused to write on the cake and treated us like complete garbage , the prices have sky rocketed which ok if you want an ice cream cake fine but The choices were slim !! What company doesn’t write on their birthday cakes ??! Dq your banned, all my families services will be else where , sincerely family of 6 , 6 birthday, holidays and all occasions, will never get our business again.. get your shit together ! Boycott forever! Learn customer service , goes along way !!!

Placed an order for a log cake. Almost thought I odered it from Temu the way that the picture didn’t match what I actually got. It was supposed to be two happy gingerbread men, a red Poinsettia and a candy cane. What I actually got was a two sad gingerbread man, with a weird looking red bird on top of a black star with a black and while line. Service was amazing though we laughed about it still tasted good just very disappointing art work.
