Went to dairy queen after a basketball game and BOTH of the chicken strip baskets we got were still frozen. There was no line, no one ahead of us, no rush. DQ is expensive. So the last thing we wanted to pay for was inedible food.
Honestly just confused about their set-up. There were 3 cars ahead of us and we ordered in the drive through and someone came and took our card for payment, no problem, we figured it would be quick at the window then. She comes back with our card and the two sundays…but we still are 3 cars deep and need to wait for our chicken strip box. The ice cream was melted by the time we got the chicken strips. Then we were even more disappointed when we open the chicken strip box. Barely any fries and the bread looked gross. I guess we won’t be returning. The wait was ridiculous.
Took 20 minutes to take my order, then after I finally got my food at 7:30 the toast was burnt.
My past review noted long wait times for food and being stuck in the drive through for 10-20 minutes at times. Things are a lot better now so updating my review to reflect that. Also I'd like to note the staff are very polite.
We had about twenty people stop in while on a motorcycle ride. All the staff did a great job to get all of our orders
