Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Great $7 meal deals! We got the cheeseburger, fries, soda & small sundae. The food was good! We weren’t impressed with just how greasy the floors & tables were. They need a good crew to come in and degrease everything!

Good cheese burger...very nice and friendly ladies working the evening I came in.

Went today and ordered two meals for take out. First, the cashier saw us waiting as she helped an elderly couple ahead of us who ordered some ice cream. Then, the cashier walked away to the back and started talking with two other employees, the whole time we waited and waited, nothing until another employee, who was cleaning called out and asked for someone to take our order, nothing we continued to be ignored. The employee who was cleaning came back and saw no one had attended to us. He then took our to go order. It took 12 minutes, I timed it, for anyone to start our order. The reason, they were all busy chit chatting. Lousy customer service... For the food, the cheese burger was good. The French fries, no good. Very soggy and they tasted and smelled of old oil. The workers were friendly and quick. It was one of the best blizzards I've had in awhile, filled and mixed well. The women's bathroom could use a deep cleaning.

The young lady at the checkout window was so rude. She jerked my card from my hand. She opened the conversation with you’ll have to give me a minute. I ordered a chocolate malt milkshake. When I received it, it was 2 inches below the fill line and not mixed up. She was very rude and made me and my wife both feel very uncomfortable. I attempted to go to Dairy Queen‘s fanfeedback and it asked for a 10 digit code and I was given a 19 digit code. I then tried another option that allowed a 15 digit code and it wouldn’t accept that. Does Dairy Queen expect you to give feedback when they can’t even allow you to input the codes? I do not recommend this Dairy Queen!
