Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a cake on November 7th for the next day, and at first they told me they couldn’t do it because the cake decorator wasn’t in. They said they’d ask if she could come in, and she actually did! The cake turned out amazing and way better than I expected. She went above and beyond, especially since she didn’t even have to come in that day. I just wanted to say thank you and hope she gets credit for how awesome the cake turned out!

Our local neighborhood DQ friendly and efficient on our every visit. Their crispy chicken salads are totally underrated.

Friday march 6th 12:36 order taken by Debi (per receipt). Very rude cashier, acted like my order was a burden. I requested a triple flamethrower combo (I even asked if they still had it on the menu), she placed a regular triple cheeseburger combo; I waited a minute for a cup, and grabbed one myself. She immediately disappeared into the back after taking my order. I do not think I will be stopping here in the future. On a brighter note: the burger was good, just not what I wanted.

I was really hungry and I stopped by to get two Sundays and I was handed two half melted sundaes. I was confused and showed it to the drive-thru attendant and she said, we have long lines, they melt before you're able to pick them up! I just looked at her and I looked at it again and I knew she wasn't going to give me any money back or anything so I just took it. It was pretty soupy and I was like why am I eating a half melted ice cream? The whole point of getting this nice little treat is when you're hot you get to cool off... Thoroughly disappointed. Been a milaca local for many years, this dairy Queen used to be good but it must have new owners now cause it's terrible, every time I've ate here the food is dry or messed up or gross, I got fries in my chicken strip basket that were black 🤢 me and my wife have tried giving this place more than one chance but it keeps failing us, we will no longer go back. Hopefully they get new management cause the owner seem to not know what they are doing, big time 😡
