Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

It was very busy but never uncomfortable. The young lady at the register made everyone feel like they were there for a great time. I was so happy to meet her and that my grandson could see how being friendly makes a difference

Ordered a banana split and it was literally freaking melted and then I called her because I work right up the road and she was so freaking rude and disrespectful telling me why didn’t I check it before I left? Why didn’t expect it to be melted either her name is Liz What she said over the phone I literally work a couple minutes up the road ice cream don’t melt like that. I mean, completely waste of money terrible customer service complete snobby butt I will not be back

I need to do an update. The 7 dollar meal deal is more expensive than expected. You can find it on promised price by visiting almost any other location but not here. Also, they do not offer senior discount of deals in this location. My old review was much more positive. It was almost a year ago: I stopped for lunch. The place was clean, the service was great and bathroom seemed to have been remodeled recently. As an added plus I got a free sundae just because they can. :) I will be back

Love the chicken strips - good portion. Fries were perfect cooked & seasoned added bonus is always the sundae & drink all for less than $9

I use to love dairy queen but now when I go the chicken strip baskets are ready to go. The chicken is tough and dry. The fries are cold. The only thing hot is the gravy. Please dairy queen let's do better by the people that is supporting you.
