To be in such a rural area, in the middle of nowhere.My food was amazingly fresh and hot. I mean, the cheese was literally melted on my hamburger.The staff was very efficient.I definitely now make this my midway.Stop in between lewisburg and elkins

I like this Dairy queen. Its in a location not many would expect. I hope it stays open for a very long time. Unfortunately lots of them have been shutting down lately.

This is one place I hit or stop at every single time I'm in marlinton or nearby. I just love the people of Pocahontas County. Friendliest people on earth I do believe, or at least in West Virginia.

Was just there and getting ice cream for my mom. I decided to get food because my sister and I hadn’t ate. This was a to go order and we were waiting in line. Service was polite and the food was ok, not any fault of the employees it’s just DQ food that could definitely be better but we needed something to eat. One thing I would suggest however, if you’re customer is ordering both food and ice cream, ask them if they want the ice cream and if not, wait until the food comes out before starting to serve ice cream. By the time we got our food order the ice cream was already melting. Another small pet peeve of mine personally is the girl taking our order had makeup smeared all over her face. It was supposed to be some kind of butterfly wings or lightening but it was smeared and even if it wasn

Since they are the only fast food location in town they do not have much in the way of manners or even just greeting someone. Most of us really wish there was another option. Food is usually if your lucky the right order. My father in law order a few burgers, fries, chicken etc. through drive thru and asked the window worker if in the one bag he was handed if that was all and they said yes. He asked twice to make sure and was told yes again. Went home and HALF the order was missing so he called and told them, drove back to get the missing half and they didn't even apologize. There have been several times while you wait for your food that some of the workers are cussing and being inappropriate NOT a family atmosphere. Very rarely do we have a good experience there.
