Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

If I could give them a 0 I would. Staff was so rude for no reason? Ordered a banana split, tasted absolutely rotten. Had to throw it away after 2 bites. Fries tasted like they were marinated in the ocean because of how salty they were. Didn’t give me my ranch for my chicken tenders. The only thing they got right was my oreo blizzard. It’s genuinely just pathetic. How hard is it to make things right? Have to throw out $22 worth of food because it was all nasty. This place is also known to have roaches.

I don’t usually have a problem at this DQ, but today I went to get a small blizzard and they gave me a mini cup inside of the small cup. This is seriously ridiculous. I didn’t bother going back to fix it after I left, but it annoyed me enough to leave this review.

Ordered a small heath and snicked blizzard. There was a car at the window and waiting on food ahead of me. I know they are know for being slow on food. I wait probably 10 min. They get their food and leave. I roll up and pay he hands me the blizzard with a lid on it. Me not thinking it’s completely melted open the lid and poured out all over me. I was so pissed off I couldn’t even walk back in or else it was going to do something stupid. Set the ice cream or soup since it was just liquid on the drive thru curb. Wasted $7 and my time. Just don’t go to this Dairy Queen. What a joke.

Ordered at the drive through, got the #7 meal and a small blizzard. Waited 20 minutes for the 1 car in front of me to get their food. Paid the $21 for my order, got a Luke warm burger with unmelted cheese, room temperature cheese curds, and was told my combo didn’t come with a soda (even though they asked what drink I wanted when I ordered. The only thing approaching acceptable was the Blizzard, but wasn’t provided a single napkin - so things got a little messy. I think the most insulting part of this is that I had to pay $21 for this experience…

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches and cheese curds. All had the most horrible taste. Called to report how nasty it tasted, no manager on at 4:30pm. Was told I could report it tomorrow if I want. Called next day 11am no manager there. Called 3pm no manager available. This was Tuesday night when I picked it up. I say the grease was old. I puked (sorry) for 2 hours after eating 3 bites of the fish. This was my second try there. I will not be back for a meal...nope!
