Fareway

One of my favorite grocery stores in town, always plenty of staff and the butcher shop is second to none, you will not find better in this town! If you can't find it here help us just around the corner as this store still has helpful employees that know where everything is, hard to find anymore! Great Job Fareway! Fresh food at good prices.

Excellent meat counter, great prices

Good selection, and even better customer service. Though I have not had a great many experiences at this Fareway location, every time that I have been there is great. The staff in particular have been friendly, and helpful. Once I finished paying at the checkout, and a few feet later the handles ripped off of my grocery bag. Two employees were there even as I started picking up my groceries. They helped pick things up, and made certain that all my products were in great shape - even replacing my egg carton, which had one crushed egg inside. Outstanding service.

The guy behind the meat department was rude. I wanted to by a 10 pound log of loose mest and ask him to divide it into 1 and two pound packages. He refused and told me someone else would buy it with him breaking it up. I guess I’m shopping elsewhere thanks for nothing fairway

Good old fashioned grocery store prices are competitive with the other grocery stores in town and their meat counter is top notch the workers in meat department know their meats and they cut the meats in store so you know it's fresher and I would assume locally sourced their meat counter has been the one that was always the place to go since I was a kid so 40 years that I know of and I've never heard anything bad about it
