Drive through tends to take a while, but the customer service is always friendly and our food is always hot and the order is always right. They seem like a good environment for kids to work.

I’ve seen some of the harsh reviews about our local Dairy Queen, especially regarding staffing and cleanliness, and while I understand that everyone’s experience is valid, mine has been quite different — and worth sharing. Dairy Queen has become one of our go-to spots because of its genuinely family-friendly atmosphere. There’s something heartwarming about seeing kids laughing outside with cones in hand, little league teams celebrating a win, or college students catching up over Blizzards. It’s not just a restaurant — it’s part of our community. Yes, it can get busy. And yes, sometimes an order isn’t perfect the first time. While the fast food is still fast-food, the dining area could use much better cleaning. Pictured is where your cup lids are despensed as of June 14, 2024. With not many choices in Greenville, this is disappointing. They need to find a much better cleaner and/or way of storing this stuff. If it's this obvious being displayed, what's the back like that no one sees?

Used to love coming here but ever since more highschoolers came, it has started to suck, its not the food, its the wait. Its almost like they dont know how to do there job, or it is there first day. They also make it so hard to file a complaint on the app so thats why I am here.

Absolutely amazing place/workers any chance I get I come up here and everytime I’m greeted with a smile and patience, if they mess up they will be sure to fix there mistake
