The Old Mill

The service was lackluster but the food made it worth the wait. I had gotten a grilled chicken wrap, and it was delicious. The redneck nachos could have had more to them, but they were still a strong pick.

So we have been to the old mill 2x now. The first time we had a group of roughly 12 and had a pretty long wait for our food. My husband and I were last to get our food. It wasn't just a normal last in the group either, we had to ask about our food and by the time we got it everyone else was done and had boxes. When I asked the waitress about our food she said "Yeah, the tickets don't all get done at the same time in a group it's just whichever comes next." How does that make any sense?! People in a group come to eat dinner together as a family and your restaurant decides it's ok to serve each if them at random times? Just like many other reviews, food service was slow. We waited one hour and 15 from the time of placing our order to when we got it. Worse we saw another table that ordered food 20 minutes after us get their food 10 minutes before. To their credit they tried to make it right by not charging us for one of the meals. We both got tenderliins and they were delicious.

The burger was fire the cook was on poi t . The chicken straps were definitely worth it. The staff though busy where kind and on top of everything. Will definitely be going there again

Absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, not much of a wait. Found this place mentioned in a pork tenderloin FB group and had to check it out while heading home along I70. Definitely recommend.
