Food great. Service? Dear God. I don’t even wanna talk about it. I could’ve completed a damn puzzle in the drive thru, we were there almost an hour. We receive our food and all the sauce is missing. We politely ask for it, we receive an eye roll and attitude instead. From the big one. Won’t be back.

If you want to wait 15 minutes before anyone acknowledges you this is the place to go. Almost 20 minutes to pick up a large blizzard ordered through the app AND the employee didn’t wash their hands before coming back from their break in the lobby. YUCK. Hopefully the health department does something about this because that is highly unsanitary. Go to Cheboygan Dairy Queen when it’s spring if you want good service and staff that actually care about personal hygiene.

Drive through on holiday weekend with only 1 vehicle in front took at least 5 minutes for 4 Blizzards for vehicle in front and two for us. Friendly service and excellent quality with a lot of candy in Blizzards.

If I could rate less, I would. This rating is for the customer service. We ordered a meal with a slushy. After getting our food, we had to remind them we were waiting on a slushy. Eventually they came back and said the machine was broke. We said it was ok and then they just stared at us blankly expecting us to pull away. We then told them that we had already paid and requested a refund and that's why we hadn't left yet. They seemed offended that we asked for our money back on something we were told we weren't getting. After a very long wait, they finally came back to the window and gave us the slushy instead of the refund. Was it that hard to just refund? I thought it was broken? The slushy itself is not drinkable. There is tons of gunk in it that does not belong. I'm really disappointed i

Drove 45 miles for a pumpkin pie blizzard and they sent all the pumpkin 🎃 back cause the manager said it wasn't needed this time of year which btw is October 22. Their manager is a fun kin idi it. Also they were selling them a week ago. What time of year is supposed to be for pumpkin pie blizzards?
