Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My husband and I ate at DQ this evening, I had a craving for a chili dog, so I suggested DQ, and it's one of the worst meals we've ever eaten! I ask the cashier for the chili cheese dog combo with chili/cheese, mustard, ketchup, onions and relish. I was told they didn't have relish so I asked for pickles on the side? She said sure. My husband ordered the COD fish sandwich combo and he said although the fish had a good taste his bun was also stale and hard. He took the fish off the bun and ate it rather than throw the entire sandwich away. When we got our order there was NO ketchup on the chili dog and NO pickles! The bun was so stale it was hard to bite and didn't easily come apart from the rest of the bun! The actual hot dog was either overcooked or left over from earlier in the day b

Had a bunch of teenagers who couldn't even use the ice cream machine and ended up wearing more than the cup held. One of their mother was the manager and all they did was holler and cuss.... it was a bar like atmosphere. And the food sucked not sure what was worse!!!

This evening the drive thru had two cars in front of me. My mom and I waited 6 minutes to wait for our order to be taken. We could see the worker lady at the window was throwing her hands in the air and appeared to be yelling. Finally taking our order and moving forward (the other vehicles were gone) we waited at the window where we could see the employees in a disagreement. Counters were filthy, one employee was leaning on front counter playing on her phone. We received our food, burger, fries were cold. Soft drinks were fine.

Used to love going here, had quality food at good prices… now it’s a gamble if you’re going to get fresh/hot food or the correct order. Major decline in the last 5 years, customer service needs some work too aside from Michelle! 1/2 full gravy cups pretty consistently and overpriced!

I had good experience at this location. Quality of food has improved significantly since the new management has taken over. Food was warm, fresh and correctly cooked. Will be returning to this DQ location.
