Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is the third time I have had this same issue at this location. Each time I order a crispy chicken burger, I am served a stale, pre-cooked patty instead of a freshly prepared one. After the first incident, I clearly informed the staff that I was willing to wait for a fresh patty. Despite being repeatedly reassured, I continued to receive the same low-quality product. Last night, I ordered in person and again requested a freshly made patty. My order was ready in less than two minutes, which strongly suggests it was not freshly cooked. When I questioned this, I was told it was “fresh,” which was not accurate. I refused the order and asked for a new burger. The staff’s response was unprofessional, and I overheard comments indicating that they were already aware of my previous complaint

Quick service even during a busy lunch, washrooms were clean, food was good. Wishing the burgers were still charbroiled instead of what they are now makes a huge difference. Like the renovations that were recently completed they make it look a lot better! The ice cream cakes are ALWAYS a hit at any birthday party or celebration and I love that I can customize the message on top for free! Would recommend for a quick meal or cake if you need!

Best Triple mushroom and Swiss burger around. The burgers here are better than most dairy queens. My local DQ does not make burgers that good, excellent work. Better than the timmins Slime burgers lol

The Blizzards we ordered were delicious, but there was a black hair in the bottom of my sister’s s’mores Blizzard. It’s always a possibility in fast food, so we’re not too torn up, but an unideal experience nonetheless!

Some people don't like the new-ish owners of the store. Personally I think they are doing a better job than the previous. I've only had one for ywo mix ups with my meal but its been other wise perfect
